South African residency

Customer data is stored in South Africa and operated from within SA. Metadata exchanged with Microsoft Graph and similar platform APIs is governed by the data-transfer mechanisms in POPIA Section 72 and in your signed agreement.

Per-tenant encryption

Each tenant is protected by a distinct, randomly generated encryption key wrapped by a platform master key, which is itself held as a secret in a managed key vault. Under the key-isolation design, compromise of a single tenant key does not expose another tenant's data.

Tamper-evident audit

Every security decision is entered into an integrity-chained trail. Your admin can verify the trail at any time.

Corporate entity

Kapardyn Inc., a Delaware corporation, contracts for and is responsible for the Services. Synchplus Consulting (Pty) Ltd (registration 2023/710873/07), South Africa, is the registered business that performs them and holds the Microsoft partner registration. All contracting is with Kapardyn Inc. "VaultFuzion" is the product; "Kapardyn" is both the brand and the name of the contracting corporation.
