Customer data is stored in South Africa and operated from within SA. Metadata exchanged with Microsoft Graph and similar platform APIs is governed by the data-transfer mechanisms in POPIA Section 72 and in your signed agreement.
Each tenant is protected by a distinct, randomly generated encryption key wrapped by a managed root in a purge-protected key store. Under the key-isolation design, compromise of a single tenant key does not expose another tenant's data.
